Pineapple Rum BBQ Sauce

Anyone who has had the pleasure of eating Caribbean barbecue knows there is a lot more going on in the sauce than usual. The Pineapple Rum BBQ Sauce combines the best of Caribbean culture and cuisine. 

A BBQ sauce based on the OG Caribbean recipe, adding an extra layer of complexity with a splash of Jamaican Cove Pineapple Rum.
