Caribbean Sweet Hot Dills
A sweet-and-spicy pickle recipe that transforms plain dill pickles into a unique snack with bold flavor.

Ingredients
- 3.8 L jar of dill pickles
- 2.25 kg sugar
- 15 ml Antillean Coast Scotch Bonnet sauce
- 30 ml liquified garlic
Instructions
- Drain pickles and cut into chunks.
- In the pickle jar, layer: pickles, sugar, Tabasco, and garlic. Repeat until jar is full.
- Seal and let stand upright 12 hours. Flip upside down for another 12 hours.
- Repeat flipping daily until sugar dissolves completely (2–4 days).
- Once syrupy, store in the fridge and enjoy.
