Fried Medium Ripe Plantains

Ingredients
- 1–2 large ripe plantains, peeled and sliced lengthwise into 5 mm thick strips
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- Hot Agave or Agave Chili Crisp as topping
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Fry plantain slices until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
- Drizzle Hot Agave on top.
