Claude's Baked Bananas

Ingredients
- 6 bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
- 70 g brown sugar
- 120 ml strong brewed coffee
- 120 ml coffee liqueur
- Coconut cream, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 120°C.
- Arrange bananas in a shallow baking dish, sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Mix coffee and coffee liqueur, pour over bananas.
- Bake uncovered for 2 hours until soft and caramelised.
- Serve warm with a spoonful of coconut cream.
