Rum Slush

An icy frozen drink made with strawberries, lime, and rum. Stays slushy even after freezing — perfect for parties.

Yield: 10–12 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes + 4 hours freeze time

Ingredients

  • 750 ml light rum
  • Juice of ½ lime (~15 ml)
  • 450 g frozen strawberries
  • 1.5 L water

Instructions

  1. Mix rum, lime juice, strawberries, and water in a 4 L container.
  2. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  3. Remove 1 hour before serving, stir, and serve in a slushy consistency.
