Swiss Chard Stalks in Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
- 450 g Swiss chard stalks, chopped
- 240 ml water
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 25 g salt (adjust to taste)
- 180 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 120 g tahini paste
Instructions
- Boil chard stalks in 480 ml water. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes until tender.
- Drain, chop coarsely, then mash lightly with a pestle or fork.
- Crush garlic with salt, stir in lemon juice and tahini until smooth.
- Mix sauce with the chard, blend well, and transfer to small serving dishes.
