Tex Mex Dip

A layered dip with beans, avocado, and creamy toppings — perfect for parties or game night. Best served with crispy tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 600 g canned bean dip (or refried beans)
  • 3 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 240 g vegan sour cream
  • 120 g vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 100 g green onions, sliced
  • 120 g black olives, chopped
  • 150 g vegan cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix mashed avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, combine vegan sour cream, vegan mayo, and taco seasoning.
  3. On a large serving platter, layer ingredients in this order:
    1. Bean dip
    2. Avocado mixture
    3. Sour cream mixture
    4. Green onions
    5. Tomatoes
    6. Olives
    7. Vegan cheese
  4. Garnish with extra tomatoes, olives, and onions.
  5. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
