Avocado Dip
A simple, fresh dip that highlights ripe avocados with just a hint of spice.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 15 ml lemon juice
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- 1 tomato, finely chopped (optional, for variation)
Instructions
- Mash avocados in a bowl.
- Stir in garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add hot sauce to taste.
- Mix in chopped tomato if desired.
- Chill before serving with chips, crackers, or veggies.
