Avocado Dip

A simple, fresh dip that highlights ripe avocados with just a hint of spice.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped (optional, for variation)

Instructions

  1. Mash avocados in a bowl.
  2. Stir in garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add hot sauce to taste.
  4. Mix in chopped tomato if desired.
  5. Chill before serving with chips, crackers, or veggies.
