Bajan Rum Punch
This punch follows the classic Barbados rhyme: “One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong, four of weak.” It’s a crowd-pleasing tropical favorite.

Ingredients
- 120 ml fresh lime juice
- 240 ml sugar syrup (1:1 sugar and water, cooled)
- 360 ml dark rum
- 480 ml water or soda water
- Few dashes aromatic bitters
- Grated nutmeg, to taste
Instructions
- Mix lime juice, sugar syrup, rum, and water in a large jug.
- Add bitters and stir well.
- Serve over ice and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
