This is our Tropical Tres recipe, rested in an American oak barrel that spent 15 years aging rum on the island of Dominica. The result is everything you'd expect from a tropical fruit hot sauce, with something extra underneath: the warmth of rum, a hint of vanilla, and a roundness that only wood can give. Think cocktail-inspired, not cocktail. This is still hot sauce, and it hits like one.
